Ironclad Equipment Supply coordinates domestic and international freight for engines, hydraulic systems, undercarriage components, and powertrain assemblies. Due to the size and weight of our products, most orders ship via LTL freight, flatbed, container, or air cargo depending on urgency and destination.

All freight arrangements are confirmed prior to dispatch.

Processing & Lead Times

Order processing typically requires 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Lead times may vary depending on product condition:

• New units: Based on warehouse availability
• Remanufactured units: May require final inspection prior to shipment
• Rebuilt units: May require build completion and testing

Estimated ship dates are provided at time of order confirmation.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States. Freight rates are calculated based on:

• Weight and dimensions
• Delivery location
• Liftgate requirements
• Residential or commercial delivery

Tracking details and bill of lading documentation will be provided once the order ships.

International Shipping

We support international customers worldwide. Export shipments may require:

• Commercial invoice
• Packing list
• Export documentation
• HS code classification

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Freight Inspection

All shipments must be inspected at time of delivery.

If damage is visible:

• Note the damage clearly on the bill of lading
• Take photos immediately
• Notify us within 24 hours

Failure to document freight damage at delivery may limit claim eligibility.

Special Handling

Large engine assemblies and heavy components ship on secured pallets or custom crating to ensure safe transit. For oversized or container shipments, logistics coordination will be handled directly by our operations team.
